Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week is February 16th - 22th, 2025

Aromanticism is a romantic orientation, which describes people whose experience of romance is disconnected from normative societal expectations, often due to experiencing little to no romantic attraction, or sometimes feeling repulsed by romance or being uninterested in romantic relationships.

Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week (ASAW) is an annual, international event meant to spread awareness and acceptance of aromantic spectrum identities and the issues we face, as well as making more people aware of our existence while celebrating it.


If you're looking for topics to post about, this is a good option.  

Most people who like New Year's resolutions or other year-beginning goals will be setting them on December 31 or January 1. goals_on_dw provides a place to share yours plus lots of resources on making resolutions or other goals. If you have a single goal or a small cluster that fit in a paragraph or few, you can put them in a comment below that post. I made a post for Indigenous Peoples Day.  One of the resources I found was this page offering free content that includes banners and text. 

If you don't have a lot of time for blogging, then it helps to watch for things you can just copy-paste from elsewhere.  Holidays are a popular occasion for this, but not the only one.  Some bloggers put up a banner that you can use to link to a friending meme or other event, and some have text or memes that are meant for sharing.
