Wednesday Rotation

newcomersI have three different posts that rotate on Wednesdays. These are recurring posts where I just copy and paste the same text, and you can find them on my Recurring Posts tag. Read more about how to use recurring posts here. I created these after a friend mentioned how fragmented society is becoming and how few people have close friends to share their lives. These posts invite people to interact with each other and share their ups and downs or just hang out. They create a sense of community within an audience.
Today's post is Good News. It's a place to share successes and other happiness.
Hard Things is another, and that link goes to the previous one. You can still comment there if you wish. It encourages people to share their frustrations and commiserate with each other. Sometimes another person will even have a solution.
Cuddle Party is the third, and this one is from last week. Again, feel free to use it now. It started out as an occasional fifth-week post, but has since become part of the regular rotation. This one is a bit like roleplaying in that there's a description of a lounge with some stuff in it. Somebody usually brings food too.
You're welcome to copy any of these text blocks for use in your own blog. You can modify them, or riff on the ideas to create something of your own. A handful of other people have made similar events under various other names. For a cuddle party or similar activity, you might want to look for your own picture to set the scene.
Remember that cyberspace is a place you create. You can make whatever you want with it. So think about what you need right now, and manifest it.
