You might try looking for books that overlap another of your interests. Or just get on fandomcalendar and see if anything looks fun. There is a ton of stuff on read on Dreamwidth.

Lots of folks use recurring posts to organize different topics and maintain activity. If you have several things in mind, that's a thought.

Well, if you're writing about games that you're developing and plan to sell eventually, that's one kind of professional. Mine's a mix. The personal stuff is mostly gardening; the professional the Poetry Fishbowl and other writing-related things.
